Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking an Operations Program Manager to support the Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center. The OPM will oversee manufacturing operations for a large program, coordinating with program management, project teams, and factory management. Responsibilities include EAC development, cost control, and process improvement within a production environment. The role is onsite with security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in an operations, manufacturing, program, cross-functional, or equivalent environment.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
• U.S. Citizen – The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Total program life cycle execution from bid through development and delivery.
• Program Planning, Capacity Analysis, Schedule Management, Resource Planning, and Manufacturing Execution.
• Lead Process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Material Management Activities with Supply Chain.
• Monitor and control budget: EAC development and analysis; understand Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management.
• Interface with internal/external customers at MBRS, Gates, EACs, PMRs, and customer visits.
