You will drive technical leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones align with business goals. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects from planning to implementation, achieving milestones and business objectives.
• Provide technical and project leadership for new technology introductions and product transitions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, coordinating resources across site operations and functional groups.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues.
• Establish priorities, manage risks, and keep the project on schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Create and justify capital equipment acquisitions and develop financial business cases.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate project status and decisions clearly to stakeholders and Puerto Rico leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Track spending to stay within budget.
