SEKISUI Aerospace in Orange City, IA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor to lead a team that develops and improves composite part fabrication processes, methods, and tooling. You will design tools, support shop floor activities, and drive process improvements to deliver high-quality aerospace components.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical documentation, and implementing continuous improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with exposure to CAD/CAM tools and ERP

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor other engineers.
• Develop tools, processes, machines and equipment to integrate the facilities and systems for producing quality product with the optimum expenditure of capital.
• Shop floor support.
• Responsible for applying and establishing statistical methods, which control the process and maximize productivity.
• Work Instructions/BOM creation.
