Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with an experienced Manufacturing Engineer mentor to learn manufacturing engineering principles, processes, and best practices.
• Support production technicians and operators by assisting with day-to-day manufacturing issues and process‑related concerns.
• Lead or significantly contribute to defined project assignments focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, or process improvement.
• Collect, organize, and analyze manufacturing data to support problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Support development and revision of work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and SOPs.
• Participate in manufacturing process observations, validation activities, and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to understand how manufacturing functions support the business.
• Learn and apply engineering tools, systems, and manufacturing technologies used within Cirrus.
• Present project results and recommendations to engineering and operations leadership.
