• Proven leadership with responsibility for multiple teams or broad manufacturing operations.
• Experience as GM, Plant Manager, or Operations Director in aerospace/defense preferred.
• Ability to manage revenue goals, budgets, and delivery commitments using data.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the President to set priorities, goals, and strategic plans.
• Oversee revenue, budget, production, and delivery; implement corrective actions.
• Hold managers accountable for performance, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Lead capacity planning, staffing, inventory, equipment, and backlog alignment.
• Coordinate across casting, machining, quality, engineering, and shipping.
• Review reports, identify risks, and communicate results to executives.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost reduction, and throughput.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide operational updates.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and future manufacturing capabilities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and ITAR compliance; promote accountability.
