Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 8+ years aerospace manufacturing experience.

• Strong GD&T and SolidWorks capabilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and reading detailed drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize Manufacturing Engineering activities and resources
• Drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing transitions
• Develop and report KPIs including First Pass Yield, Scrap, MTBF, and Productivity
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor
• Create and maintain routers, work instructions, and manufacturing process documentation
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using FMEA, A3, Fishbone, and RCCA methodologies
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineering team members
