Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a premier aerospace client. This leadership role drives operational excellence, leads technical teams, and implements world-class manufacturing processes across production.

The position collaborates with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure efficient, cost-effective manufacturing while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred; Associate's Degree considered with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, workflows, and production processes
• Estimate production times, labor requirements, equipment needs, and manufacturing costs
• Create and maintain CAD models and manufacturing documentation using CATIA V5 or similar CAD software
• Generate engineering drawings and product structures that accurately reflect customer requirements
• Establish manufacturing tolerances and process documentation
• Support production and subcontractors with engineering solutions and technical guidance
• Coordinate engineering priorities with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and Production teams
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and waste reduction
• Resolve manufacturing challenges through analytical problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
