• Demonstrated leadership & management experience in quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Quality team to achieve business goals.
• Drive compliance culture through collaboration with Operations.
• Lead development of the Quality team including various functions.
• Oversee resource allocation to meet demand.
• Implement process improvements using Lean strategies.
