Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Ability to work full-time during Summer 2027.
• Relocation to onsite Wichita, KS may be required.
• Interest in aerospace industry and Boeing Spirit ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing build plans, methods, and work instructions.
• Support production issues, root‑cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Evaluate producibility, process capability, tooling, equipment, and factory readiness.
• Improve manufacturing processes for safety, quality, cost, flow, and cycle time.
