Job summary

You will work with mentors to develop and improve manufacturing methods for aerospace structures and gain hands-on experience in tooling, processes, and production support. Selected candidates are currently enrolled in ABET‑accredited engineering programs and able to commit to full-time work during Summer 2027; relocation is offered where eligible, and Boeing-affiliated programs

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate ABET‑accredited engineering program.
• Ability to work full-time during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing methods, sequences, and work instructions
• Support root‑cause analysis and resolution of production issues
• Evaluate tooling, equipment, producibility, and process capability
• Implement improvements that enhance safety, quality, cost, delivery, and flow
