Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a Boeing subsidiary, invites motivated engineering students to join our 2027 summer internship program in Wichita, KS. You’ll work with mentors, gain hands-on aerospace experience, tour facilities, and build a professional network while contributing to real programs.

Interns will work 100% onsite on first shift during Summer 2027, must be enrolled in an ABET-accredited engineering program, and relocation is offered based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Ability to work full-time during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Support technology-readiness, trade-study, and implementation planning.
• Analyze program, engineering, and manufacturing data.
• Collaborate across research, engineering, operations, and business teams.
