Job summary

PCC Fasteners is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for our Irvine, CA location to support product development, process improvement, and daily production activities. You will analyze technical data, develop tools, and contribute to delivering high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities include analyzing production data for trends, providing process control instructions, investigating root causes with MRB, updating cost changes, and supporting continuous improvement projects to boost

Qualifications

• Reading safety rules, operating instructions, blueprints and procedures.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• SolidWorks CAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data for trends and develop solutions.
• Provide process control systems via instructions, standards, data collection, and feedback loops.
• Investigate root cause and develop corrective actions as part of MRB.
• Update and standardize cost changes in production routing.
• Develop and support continuous improvement projects to optimize throughput and reduce defects.
