Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Project Application Engineer in Indianapolis, IN who will lead cross-functional teams supporting mature engine industrial applications. You will interface with Siemens Energy as the primary engineering contact, driving costed schedules and delivering engineering IPT objectives on time.

The role requires a engineering degree with 2+ years of project management experience, strong communication and the ability to work across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 2+ years of project/program management experience or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional team to support industrial energy applications.
• Act as liaison with Siemens Energy and manage technical information flow.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and budget delivery of engineering projects.
• Coordinate IP rights and ensure compliance with processes and regulations.
• Communicate project status to leadership, customers, regulators and airframers.
• Develop system engineering strategy and ensure alignment with governance.
