Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering environment.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, with emphasis on SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and machining processes.
• Experience developing cost estimates for various manufacturing projects.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing problems and implement effective solutions.
• Fixture design and weld robot programming experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements, including cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Estimate time and material costs for a wide range of manufacturing projects and components.
• Create and maintain process routers and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and shop floor personnel to confirm requirements and alignment.
• Identify and resolve production issues such as scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and manufacturing challenges.
• Modify and develop engineering drawings to support sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, bending, and forming processes.
• Review engineering changes, customer documentation (ECRs, drawings, memorandums), and implement updates to internal processes and programs.
