This role requires 2–8 years in manufacturing, a BS in engineering, and the ability to travel as needed; compensation ranges from $72,000 to $120,000 annually, with incentives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Two to eight years of related engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with research and development responsibilities in manufacturing environments, aerospace preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plans and directs research and development to introduce new products for manufacture.
• Conducts analytical studies on engineering proposals to develop product designs.
• Directs and coordinates manufacturing processes for new products and continuous improvement.
• Plans and develops experimental test programs and analyzes test data.
• Uses computer aided engineering/design software to perform tasks and draw conclusions.
