Select Staffing in Phoenix is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components. You will review drawings, design tooling and fixtures, and create process documentation across multiple departments to improve manufacturability and efficiency.

The role requires strong SolidWorks skills, a relevant engineering degree, and 7–15 years of aerospace manufacturing experience. Direct hire with first-sh payroll and day-one benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–15 years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace sheet metal fabrication and related manufacturing processes.
• Strong SolidWorks experience, including designing tooling and fixtures.

Responsabilités

• Review drawings to determine manufacturability and required processes.
• Develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures for aerospace components.
• Create MOTs, setup sheets, routers, and process plans for complex assemblies.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency.
