Pursuit Aerospace in Newburyport, MA, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to contribute to process development, quality improvement, and productivity in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will interpret drawings, design tooling with SolidWorks, support quoting, and work hands-on on the shop floor about 50% of the time, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 4+ years aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Ability to work under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement manufacturing process plans with guidance from senior engineers.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure customer requirements.
• Design tooling and assist tool room with prints.
• Collaborate with shop floor and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen / Six Sigma).
