GTC seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to join our aerospace and defense manufacturing team in Reading, OH. You will bridge customer needs with shop-floor execution, guiding routing, tooling, and processes to meet quotes and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on engineering experience building things (CNC or fabrication).
• Experience with GD&T and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requests for quotes and ensure production teams have what they need.
• Design cost-effective routing and material/tool movement in the shop.
• Identify fixturing and tooling needs; troubleshoot process challenges.
