Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, fabrication, and commissioning of manufacturing tools for aerospace flight hardware. You will guide supplier teams, apply lean principles, and drive root‑cause analysis to ensure production readiness across lines.

You will collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to define processes, improve cycle times, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

Qualifications

• Develop and verify test plans for aerospace hardware.
• Build and maintain test benches and tooling for hardware development and verification.
• 4+ years of hands-on hardware development and aerospace experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and commission manufacturing tools and processes for aerospace flight hardware production.
• Lead root-cause analysis and lean initiatives to improve production during development and ramp.
• Coordinate with design, quality, and supplier teams to ensure traceability and conformance.
• Drive production readiness and provide line-side support across manufacturing lines.
