Job summary

RAM Aerospace in Saint George, Utah, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern to join the shop floor team. You will assist senior engineers with lean layout, tooling designs, and implementing process improvements on live production lines.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in CAD tooling, process mapping, and operator training while contributing to safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing in aerospace.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes like machining and assembly.
• Experience supporting lean manufacturing and process improvements on shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean activities including plant layouts and value stream mapping.
• Assist in design of tooling and fixtures using CAD; help with inventory control.
• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions for operators.
