Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies LLC is offering an internship focused on supporting manufacturing, quality, and process improvement for aerospace components and assemblies. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Production, Finance and Human Resources to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment serving commercial, military, and space applications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the listed engineering or related disciplines.
• Must be entering or currently enrolled in junior year or higher.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule during business hours up to 32 per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing Engineers with daily production and process improvement activities.
• Support the creation and revision of work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing procedures.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Assist with tooling, fixture, and manufacturing process development projects.
• Support quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities.
• Review engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Conduct time studies and shop-floor observations to identify process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards.
