Job summary

Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Mobile, Alabama is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to join a multi-function team responsible for final assembly of the A220.

You will validate workbook modifications, assist with tooling, troubleshoot, and help establish plans for outstanding actions in the Methods Department, with opportunities for growth and cross-functional collaboration. Travel may be required; onsite work with emphasis on safety, quality and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; aerospace knowledge advantageous.
• 0–2 years of aerospace experience preferred, especially in final assembly.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; capable of leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production teams.
• Investigate workbook modifications and submit changes to Change Managers.
• Create rework orders and lead troubleshooting meetings.
• Establish technical content for BOIs, Workbooks, and RNCs.
• Collaborate with MFT to ensure a unified team approach.
