Job summary

Polymer Concepts Technologies, PBY, Inc. KRS Division dba Kaydon Ring & Seal, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I in Hanover, PA. The role focuses on establishing economical manufacturing methods, coordinating documentation, and designing tooling and processes for aerospace/industrial applications.

You will collaborate with engineering and shop personnel to resolve design issues, implement procedures, and ensure safety and quality across production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or Technology.
• Internship or co-op in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• U.S. Person due to ITAR compliance (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate manufacturing methods that are economical and effective.
• Plan and prepare project documentation: drawings, BOM, routings, specs.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and plant systems for production processes.
• Coordinate installation and calibration of equipment to support production.
• Develop operating procedures and analyze performance to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and shop personnel to resolve design issues.
