Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Manufacturing Engineers to support aerospace and other high-tech programs nationwide. You will work with production teams to improve methods, solve build issues, and drive DFMs to improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on process improvements, CAD proficiency, and collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to reduce costs and cycle times. Excellent long-term opportunities and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably aerospace or complex assembly.
• Strong CAD proficiency and ability to read engineering drawings with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Work with mechanics and production to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Improve methods, processes, ergonomics, and production flow in assigned areas.
• Analyze build sequences and develop repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Use CAD drawings to improve manufacturability and maintain design intent.
• Develop and maintain drawings, work instructions and process documentation.
