Qualifications

• Direct relevance to manufacturing engineering and materials fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling for material fabrication.
• Collaborate with IPTs to ensure manufacturability and meet quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems in material manufacturing processes.
• Participate in Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Perform producibility analyses and ensure process capability meets requirements.
• Communicate with internal customers to align on goals and timelines.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across all processes.
