Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op to support MRO operations by driving process and digital improvements on the shop floor. You will apply Lean Six Sigma, analyze production data, and implement digital tools to boost safety, quality, and throughput.

The role offers hands-on experience in a real aerospace environment for a motivated engineering student. Ideal candidates are analytically minded, eager to identify inefficiencies, and capable of delivering data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related STEM.
• Experience with CAD for layout or fixture design preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify waste in shop floor processes.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Develop and implement digital solutions (dashboards, reports) for real-time visibility.
