This position is for an Aerospace Maintenance Technician located at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. The member of the Launch Operations team will be responsible for checkout, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, calibration, troubleshooting, and operation of mission-critical systems throughout their lifecycle, including ground support, structural-mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical/power, fluid control/management, and environmental control/HVAC systems.
This position is represented by the International Association of Machinists (IAM), with employment terms defined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
High School/GED
Minimum of 6 years of related work experience
