Responsibilities

• Manages execution of procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and program execution.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, as well as commercial and military procurement practices.
• Develops and implements procurement strategies aligned with organizational and contractual objectives.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and all regulatory standards.
• Leads detailed spend analyses, including category segmentation, cost modeling, price-variance analysis, and savings tracking.
• Drives data-supported contract negotiations using benchmark analysis, total cost models, and risk evaluations.
• Improves procurement workflows through process mapping, automation opportunities, and system optimization.
• Cultivates and maintains performance-based supplier relationships to drive measurable results.
• Presents program status and procurement performance to senior leadership, effectively communicating across all organizational levels.
• Coaches and develops team members to ensure continuous growth and maximize their potential.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A Minimum of 10 years of Supply chain, program and/or business management experience required.
• At least 5 years managerial, supervisory and leadership experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• A general understanding of Aerospace drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of export/ITC regulations and policies)
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Contracts, a plus
• Experience with SAP
• CORE Champion or Six Sigma Green Belt

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
