BARNES AEROSPACE East Hartford is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Lead for 1st shift. You will supervise daily maintenance operations, mentor technicians, and coordinate with Production to minimize downtime.

Requirements include 5+ years in maintenance/leadership, strong safety record, and ability to document work clearly. High school diploma required; Limble CMMS familiarity is a plus. Competitive benefits and hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years combined industrial maintenance/leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly, follow procedures, and maintain records.
• Experience coordinating contractors and OEM service providers.
• Equivalent education or training may be considered with approval.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance operations and lead technicians.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and PMR work orders.
• Oversee equipment repairs, safety compliance, and inventory management.
• Mentor technicians and escalate safety or equipment concerns.
