Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluate systems to determine repairs and maintenance needed.
• Plan work assignments and project schedules for maintenance staff.
• Develop maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with departmental budget estimates for repairs.
• Facilitate information exchange between maintenance shifts.
• Manage maintenance and facility-related projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
