Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership managing supervisors, technicians, contractors, or multi‑shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations, directing supervisors and prioritizing resources to support uninterrupted production.
• Drive equipment reliability via preventive, predictive, and corrective activities; implement actions to prevent recurrence.
