Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect workstation to ensure machines and equipment are in working order; set up and load materials.
• Pay attention to tool settings to remain within tolerances.
• Adjust controls to correct for variations in tool settings.
• Monitor the machining process to ensure quality and precision.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished products using inspection tools (calipers, mics, etc).
