Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-job training for machine operations and processes.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings and specifications and other docs.
• Perform basic machine loading, unloading, cleaning, and material handling.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality requirements, and aerospace standards.
• Ask questions and seek guidance when instructions are unclear.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment concerns as needed.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying safety, quality, and efficiency opportunities.
