TRIUMPH in Valencia, CA is seeking a Machine Operator 1 trainee for an entry‑level role in aerospace manufacturing. Under experienced supervision, you will learn to safely operate production machinery, follow drawings and instructions, and produce quality parts.

You will gain skills in machine setups, basic measurements, and quality inspections while documenting production data and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, machine operations, or production experience preferred.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills and the ability to learn shop math.
• Strong attention to details and commitment to producing quality parts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on‑the‑job training for machine operations and manufacturing processes.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings and specifications and other manufacturing documentation.
• Perform basic machine loading, unloading, cleaning, and material handling.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality requirements, and aerospace manufacturing standards.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
