Qualifications

• Experience in related field (0–5 years)
• Ability to interpret applicable specifications and understand machinery operations
• Ability to read and understand production or engineering prints
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow safety policies and maintain routine records

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate machines used in circuit card assembly (e.g., SMT pick and place, conformal coating, selective solder)
• Make manual adjustments to machine interface and controls to optimize performance
• Support CBS initiatives (5S, KPI, Standard Work, Problem Solving)
• Meet lead times to support customer needs
• Perform routine maintenance and manage consumables in assigned machines
• Follow OSHA and Crane safety policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
