Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics seeks an Electronics Assembler II at our Lynnwood, WA location. The role is contract-to-hire and involves assembling products to military and other standards with minimal supervision, plus visual and dimensional inspection.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of assembly experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and basic computer literacy, with a high school diploma and soldering certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs.
• Good reading comprehension and ability to interpret instructions.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Fine soldering certificate or equivalent experience.
• US Persons required for ITAR-controlled access.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Prepare components prior to assembly, clean, mark and inspect items.
• Operate equipment and machinery; ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Complete paperwork and document processes accurately.
• Identify and report issues affecting quality; participate in continuous improvement.
