Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Carlsbad, CA 92011 is seeking a full-time equipment operator to operate, maintain, and start up assigned equipment per manufacturer and company procedures.

The role involves daily maintenance, data entry in Excel, and compliance with ESD/FOD and MSD handling in a clean-room environment. Prior machine operation experience is preferred, with 1–2 years of related experience or education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of relative experience or education.
• Ability to input data in Microsoft Excel and operate a Windows computer.
• Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned equipment per procedures.
• Perform daily/weekly preventative maintenance and log results.
• Demonstrate understanding of hermetically sealed electronic aerospace modules (laser weld).
• Understand and operate HASS CNC and Bridgeport milling machines.
• Adhere to ESD, FOD and product handling requirements.
