Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Laser Operator.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and job orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to stand, walk, and lift during shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate laser cutting equipment (5-axis).
• Read blueprints and load materials for each job.
• Program machines for cutting and engraving operations.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality.
• Monitor operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on laser systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
