Job summary

Zenix Aerospace Inc, in Arlington, WA, is seeking a System Administrator I to support and maintain our technology infrastructure, end-user computing, and cloud-based services. You will work under the IT Manager, assisting with Microsoft 365, Windows servers, user accounts, endpoints, network connectivity, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 support, administration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID, plus device management,

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent with 3+ years of professional experience
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services and Windows servers
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for users and devices
• Assist with administration of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and servers
• Monitor system performance, backups, and security alerts
• Support endpoint management, software deployment, and patch management
• Assist in virtualization administration (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Support cybersecurity initiatives including MFA and vulnerability remediation
• Coordinate hardware deployments and lifecycle management
• Contribute to IT projects related to infrastructure and cloud services
