Job summary

Pryer Aerospace in Tulsa, OK seeks an IT Systems Administrator to secure, maintain, and improve the company’s IT infrastructure with a focus on cybersecurity and CMMC compliance. You will manage Windows Server, AD, and virtualization, while ensuring high availability, security, and regulatory alignment across systems and data.

The role requires experience with NIST SP 800-171, CUI protection, endpoint security, and disaster recovery planning, plus collaboration with engineering and security

Qualifications

• Experience securing Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of CMMC Level 2 controls and NIST SP 800-171.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and patch Windows Server environments and AD.
• Manage virtualization and hybrid on-prem/cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability and data integrity of servers and storage.
• Enforce security controls per CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800-171.
• Administer MFA, access controls, and secure authentication.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and incident response processes.
• Develop documentation and audit-ready evidence for compliance.
• Provide Tier 1–3 IT support and service restoration.
