Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead global ERP initiatives, drive digital transformation, and develop Oracle-based enterprise applications that impact manufacturing operations worldwide. You will oversee complex ERP implementations, executive communications, and Oracle development efforts.

Applicants should demonstrate leadership across global teams and a strong track record in manufacturing IT within aerospace or related industries.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage executive-level updates.
• Hands-on Oracle development experience across EBS, Cloud, APEX, and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects from concept through deployment and support.
• Develop charters, business cases, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Manage scope, schedules, costs, quality, communications, and stakeholder expectations.
• Deliver executive-level project updates and performance reporting.
• Drive change management, training, and user adoption.
