Job summary
Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a transformative Vice President of Information Technology for PCC Airframe.
This executive will lead a multi-divisional IT organization, drive digital transformation, AI capabilities, and advanced analytics to improve productivity, quality, and profitability across manufacturing operations. The role requires deep manufacturing IT experience, ERP/MES expertise, and strong executive communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline required.
- MBA or related field strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year technology, digital transformation, and AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead PCC Airframe IT across divisions and partner with operations, manufacturing, quality, finance, and HR leaders.
- Oversee ERP, MES, and major enterprise systems modernization to meet current and future needs.
- Ensure SOX compliance, governance, and risk management for technology investments.
- Drive cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
