Kodiak Aircraft Company, based in Sandpoint, Idaho, seeks an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT capabilities. You will gather requirements, coordinate testing and deployment plans, and drive user adoption across engineering, manufacturing, and MRO teams.

Ideal candidates bring aerospace manufacturing know‑how, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams across North America and France. This role is on site in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, engineering, industrial operations, or related environment.
• Experience gathering requirements, coordinating testing and supporting deployments with user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sandpoint business teams and IT for local initiatives and initiatives.
• Identify needs with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and site leadership.
• Support transformation projects from requirements gathering to deployment planning and adoption.
• Collaborate with North American and French teams to deliver standardized solutions.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate risks to ensure aerospace quality and compliance.
• Support QSE initiatives, including training requirements and continuous improvement.
