Daher LLC in Sandpoint, Idaho seeks an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions across engineering, manufacturing, MRO, and digital continuity. The role interfaces with both local and global teams to translate operations into actionable IT improvements.

The ideal candidate brings aerospace manufacturing experience, strong requirements skills, and the ability to drive user adoption and standardized processes in a multi-site environment. Relocation to Sandpoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8+ years in aerospace manufacturing or related environment.
• Experience with engineering, PLM, MES, ERP, MRO, and reporting.
• Proven ability gathering requirements, coordinating testing, supporting deployments, and driving user adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact between business teams and IT for local initiatives and operational support.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and site leadership to identify needs and improvements.
• Support transformation projects: requirements gathering, testing, deployment planning, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with North American and French teams to deliver standardized solutions.
• Build strong relationships with process owners and decision-makers to ensure project success.
• Coordinate priorities, communicate risks, and ensure aerospace quality, traceability, and compliance.
• Support QSE initiatives, including issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts.

The facility supports design, manufacturing, development, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities for the Kodiak 100 and Kodiak 900, serving customers worldwide. The team of approximately 300 employees builds airplanes starting largely from raw materials, all the way through painting, to final assembly, defining built by hand in Sandpoint Idaho. Beyond final assembly is comprehensive customer service, aircraft maintenance, technical support, and quality oversight, while continuing to engineer the next generation of Kodiak capability.We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to serve as the key liaison between Sandpoint business teams and IT organizations.
