Job summary

Poly6, an innovative aerospace manufacturing company, is seeking an IT Analyst to ensure IT systems reliability across a fast‑paced environment. The role supports end‑user devices, business apps, and access management while aligning with QMS and IT security requirements.

The ideal candidate will configure hardware/software, resolve issues, manage onboarding/offboarding, and assist with SQL scripting and automation. On‑site Burlington, MA location with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires a U.S. Person per ITAR.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in IT help desk or support; manufacturing/regulatory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain end‑user devices and apps in line with security/QMS.
• Serve as primary IT support contact for on‑site and remote users.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and manage user accounts.
• Document IT assets, SOPs, and guides for audit readiness.
• Assist with SQL queries, scripting, and automation initiatives.
• Support cross‑functional teams to minimize downtime and maintain continuity.
