Job summary

Poly6 Technologies, Inc. in Burlington, MA, is seeking an IT Analyst to ensure reliable IT systems across a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment, supporting end-user devices, business applications, and user access.

The role installs, configures, and maintains hardware and software, resolves issues, and ensures compliance with IT security and QMS requirements. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT help desk or technical support, with familiarity in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SQL,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT help desk or technical support, manufacturing or regulated industry preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and SOP documents.
• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, basic networking, and endpoint management tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, OS, and business apps per security and QMS requirements.
• Serve as primary IT support contact for on-site and remote users.
• Log, track, and resolve service requests while meeting SLAs.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding, provisioning accounts, configuring devices, coordinating with HR.
• Manage user access for Microsoft 365 groups and collaboration tools.
• Maintain documentation for IT assets, SOPs, and user guides.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and process gaps.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and admin teams to minimize downtime.
