Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an IPC Certified Assembler for a leading aerospace manufacturer in Lake Forest, CA to support In Flight Entertainment product assembly.

You will perform basic electro-mechanical assembly, solder components to IPC standards, build antenna products, and conduct inspections to ensure quality. This role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of assembly, soldering and testing experience.
• MUST have valid IPC 610, IPC 7711/ 7721 certifications.
• Experience with hand tools, calibrated equipment, jigs, and tooling fixtures.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electro-mechanical assembly operations following engineering and manufacturing documentation.
• Solder components according to IPC 610 standards and perform rework per IPC 7711/ 7721 as needed.
• Build antenna products and prototype assemblies from detailed instructions.
• Conduct quality checks and self-inspections to ensure high standards.
• Utilize hand tools and test equipment to assemble and test electrical and mechanical components.
