Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp in Albany, OR is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to receive, document, store, and distribute materials used in manufacturing. This role focuses on assembly hardware inventory and reports to the Director of Shared Services.

You will verify material receipts, maintain lot traceability, prepare hardware kits per BOM, and provide monthly inventory counts while collaborating with purchasing and production planning.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Continuous improvement mindset; proficient with basic software.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and intermediate Excel; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unboxing, verifying, and warehousing materials.
• Maintaining certification documentation for materials received.
• Creating hardware kit packages according to job bills of material.
• Maintaining material lot identification and tracing from receipt through production.
• Providing monthly physical inventory counts; coordinating with outside processors and planning.
