Qualifications

• 3–5 years of internal audit experience in aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the annual internal audit schedule.
• Report audit findings to audit committees and senior management.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on RCCA using 8D Methodology.
• Support FAA and regulatory body external audits and inspections.
• Monitor and track corrective action effectiveness.
