Job summary

Advanced Integration Technology in Detroit is seeking a Project Manager, Integration to oversee manufacturing integration initiatives, communicate project status to stakeholders, and monitor scope, schedule and budget during fabrication, testing, and installation activities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate design releases into manufacturing plans and BOMs, validate work instructions on the shop floor, and coordinate purchasing with internal teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field.
• Five years prior work experience in a tooling/manufacturing environment in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key projects, processes, data, and analysis.
• Communication with Project Management to discuss manufacturing concerns.
• Exhibits knowledge in affordability, continuous improvement, process improvement, and root cause corrective action.
• Actively participates as a member of a cross functional integrated process team.
• Evaluate released design packages to develop manufacturing plan, work instructions, and manufacturing bills of materials.
